I have recently been searching everywhere for a script that shows your current music in MSN. None of them have worked, 1 did for a while and then it crashed, and it crashed about 6 or 7 times before I got it to work.

Anyways, I found The Friendly Names on mess.be, and it is fantastic. It would work fine, but it is saying that my MSN messenger is not connected when it is. Is anyone else havign this problem?

I am using MSN Messenger Version 6.2.0137
Windows XP

I really need help!

TFN development has been discontinued before MSN Messenger 6 was released. It’s not compatible with the latest releases. I would suggest trying Winamp Auto Nick Changer, Song 2 Nick and/or WMPlus2, all available from mess with MSN messenger 😉

I have tried all of them, and they do not work for me. I am now using TFN with MSN 4.7, but I hate this messenger service.

Can’t anyone adapt the old TFN to the new MSN? lol PLEASE? heh

Also, what is the latest version you are aware of that it works on.
