MemberBoth of you a very right.
But it is slightly ilegal by Geneva as it can be deemed as “pareading of prisinors or dead”.
Its just basic human rights. Taking the pictures in the first place, that is.

MemberThe things some of “our” troops have seen in war CANNOT be described. I am in NO way saying what those pictures imply is ok. I am saying that sometimes when your mind has been overcome by graphic images, your out of your emotional realm, If you could take just a moment to think about what your judgement would be??? Would it be good, would it be bad? Would it be your emotionally bankrupt? Acting stupidly, whether they knew that was wrong, and did it anyway. I realize that sometimes when our emotions are out of whack, our senses have been numbed by death, killing. destruction. having to watch out at every turn, probably not much left… what kind of behavior would you be capable of? I’m not saying it was ok… im saying that it was worse then bad judgement.. but for some of those boys.. that’s probably all they have left.:(

Memberyou’re right, cutieb, when you see things like that…day in, day out, you get used to it. and you start to find pleasure and amusement in things like that. people who have never been through war (including myself) really don’t know what goes on over there.
i had a teacher in high school who fought in vietnam. he said he suffered really bad PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) after returning home. for instance, he said he was walking his dog through the park, and the tire of someone’s car blew off. well, after being in vietnam for 2 years, you learn to react to soemthing like that. he thought it was natural to fall to the ground and start crawling.
so really, war changes people, for the better and worse. in this case, these soldiers are probably suffering from REALLY bad PTSD.

As the TV they so love watching Al Jezeera said of us here in the states {God is finally reaking havoc on a godless country} By the way that is a quote, ran on thier TV every 5 minutes for 2 weeks thru the Hurricane Rita damage. That by the way was shipped to Al Jezeera by CNN { Commy News Network} I might add.

MemberMy uncle is over there flying black hawks, he is the best of the best! Our experience with is to see the ones that come back and commit suicide, or kill their spouse, then themselves. Not all do that, but there are soo many that when they come home from war they are sooooo traumatized they can’t hang anymore with reality. I am not sure what happens, but I would guess a shot in the dark they lose touch with reality, the real human touch, emotions, sense of being, intimacy… human nature. I could NOT imagine losing the things we take for granted, It really makes you think about taking time to treasure the real things in life.. I heard about when the 9/11 happened that there were a lot of people that were supposed to be in that. Had they been on time to work, one man stopped to get bandaids for a blister on his heel, some woke up late, alarms didn’t go off. They had to wait for their kids to get ready. You know the things we normally yell and fuss and cuss over.. Since I read the story of those people. I don’t cuss like a sailor when my partner turns my alarm off before I hear it and I wake up late or I’m late because of sometimes really stupid things ( I think) but those people said that had they been on time. THEY WOULD BE DEAD… everything happens for a reason. So I try to treasure things now, when I wake up late, I don’t fuss.. that is the first thing I think of.. is wait, this is supposed to be how it is! Somethings just are the way they are… I just wanted to share that…
