So okay, I know this movie has been out for quite some time, but I recently rented it.
The Notebook is a sappy chick love film. It made me cry my eyes out, and I usually do not cry at movies. It is about two young lovers who meet and fall in love over the summer, and finally reuinte after 7 years.
If you have seen the movie, how did you like it? What did you think?

May 2, 2005 at 2:06 am #116421Jeff HesterKeymasterWell I just rented it today and invited my friend Jenny to see it with me. I knew it was a “chick flick” but man this movie takes the cake. I got a lil teary eyed at the end. It was a real nice movie to see, despite me having ended up with a girl bawling her eyes out on my chest to the point of dehydration. It’s well worth the rental. I liked it. That girl in the movie is so pretty *rawr @ dimples*.

Just give the ending away with no warning. Cheers.May 2, 2005 at 11:25 pm #116423RabidKittenParticipant…I didn’t see it… *cough* …didn’t wanna see it… If I feel like crying, I’ll go watch some more Fushigi Yugi.
NURIKO! Noooooo!!! *…sniff, sniff…* Now -that- is sad.
But my brother’s girlfriend (total girl) went and bought it. I decided that I’d rather blow things up than watch it so I played some TFC and came back just when ti got over and she was sobbing hysterically, even my brother was sniffly. *oy vey* That was like taking a big old neon sign with a brass band behind it telling me to -Stay Away-!
*shrug* My lines are crossed I guess, because every time I get sad at a movie and get to teh point where that first tear is about to fall…I end up grinning and giggling. *blink blink* don’t ask me why! I don’t know, but there’s nothing worse than watching a girl giggle while tears are falling. It’s very “Carrie-esque”. And generally people don’t like that… *sheepish smile, toes the ground* My dad even called me a “sick, twisted *insert favorite curse here*” for doing the same thing during Titanic. That day forward I decided it wasn’t a good thing to watch sad movies. But, heh, glad you guys liked it *thumbs up*
