Should put in the faq for Yahoo! messenger.
What happend to Super Webcam option?
As you may have noticed, there’s no longer a Super Webcam button in Yahoo! Messenger. It’s not that yahoo had taken this feature away or that you’ve lost functionality, but rather that yahoo made upgrades so this enhanced connection is now available to all users. Hence, no need to choose it – it’s always on for you.
You can control the frame rate a little with the slide bar in webcam preferences, move the slide between faster speed and better quality.
Frame rate estimates:
Best Quality – 1 frame a second
Faster Speed – 3 frames a second
Small Cam – 5 frames a secondDecember 23, 2006 at 1:24 am #155667Jeff HesterKeymasteralso Yahoo disabled The Chat room Goto/Follow commands do to privacy concerns.

With an older Yahoo! messenger, and some third party Messengers, You will show online and see your status message.
December 24, 2006 at 7:46 pm #155670NessaParticipantIt’s been added, and for future reference, i’d prefer you e-mail me or PM me with these suggestions and i’ll get around to them when i get a chance. You had already PMmed and IMmed me with this suggestion so there was no need to post. I am busy with holiday stuff going on so i will not do it the second i get it, and i hope you understand that.
All information on how to contact me can be found in the first post of the Yahoo! FAQ and once again, thanks for your suggestion, it’s appreciated. 🙂
