I’ll be working on the site pretty much all day Sunday. While I’m at it, I’ll be hanging out in the IRC channel, so please drop by and say hi.
I’m going to be putting the finishing touches on the new style. If you’ve got any special requests, please advise. 🙂
Jeff, don’t know about anyone else, but I miss the Top Stats that is usually found at the bottom of the forums page.

I’ve got a problem integrating it with the new theme (it doesn’t fit). I might only enable it on the full-width theme, which will be more for the “power users” anyway (me thinks).

Isn’t that exactly what I mentioned when I was referring to the “missing mods”? And you said that it wouldn’t be coming back because it put too much strain on the server or something?

At any rate, here’s what’s on today’s docket:
- Fix the new style (User Control Panel and Social Groups are broken)
- Figure out how to re-incorporate the “top stats” somewhere. I *might* make this a “quick link”, since the majority of visitors probably don’t care — just the power users.
- Integrate Menthix’ IRC chat window code from msgpluslive.net
- Do some Google ad testing (revenue has dropped by 1/2 since rolling out the new site!)
- Update content pages (there are still a BUNCH of pages that need to be created/migrated/updated)
- Write at least one new article

I see that the Top Stats are back, at least for now…thanks, Jeff! And yes, I did see that Twitter clip…didn’t quite like the Fail Whale thingy because it seems like if you pull the plug on Twittering, you’re gonna get chomped!

I did like these stats better though, to be honest.
By the way, the next level in rep stars for those of us with 3 gold (Platinum Club) is 2000.
I’m about 900 away — what about you? :pOh, and I liked the bold forum user names for staff. What happened?
“Those” stats are the old version of the same mod. This stats mod has the same stats available, and I can configure what displays by default. If you click on the little headings, you’ll get a menu of other choices — play around with it and you’ll see what I mean.
I’m still not sure I’m going to keep in on the home page. I might push it to the Quick Links menu. I need to do some load testing to see.
The bold for the staff names looked bad in the profiles. I can probably change it so in the “who’s online” section it’s still bold.
