thanksDecember 17, 2003 at 11:04 am #87218coolguyj2
Memberdo u mean the songs are not proper like when u play the song, they are not continuous… they have noise in them? well in tht case, many songs are like tht… most of the latest tracks have tht problem. so try more songs and u will find a godd one. Also, if u get a video, download tht and then convert it to MP3… sometimes I prefer tht… its safe and faster (as sometimes even after u download the same song about 5 time or more, still u get the bad version)

MemberDudes, chill out. 🙂
thome25nomar5 is saying that in his library (list of shared files) it says ‘AZ’ for every file in the artist column. Why?

ParticipantI had sort of the same problem last week with my bandwidth. All was showing “37”. coolguyj2 told me to PAUSE any downloads currently in place, then put all the temporary files being downloaded foud in your shared folder into a new directory. Uninstall/reinstall kazaalite, then move back the temp files back into your shared folder. They will be picked back up, and your problem should be solved.
As for why… who knows.

MemberDude.
Is ‘AZ’ displayed every time you use Kazaa and for the total time it is active? How long has this been happening? How many shared files are there? Are uploads still being ‘pulled’ from your shared files?December 17, 2003 at 4:41 pm #87219MartinBradley
MemberAZ is being displayed on all of the files in the shared folder? Could be a virus…run Norton or an alternative antivirus, if you don’t have an antivirus program try googling for “Free Virus Scan” or something similar, i think there are loads of free online virus checkers out there.

MemberOk, well, there’s like 1,500 songs, and every single one is AZ under artist. This is actually ocurrring on a friends computer, we are trying to fix it, I’m going to have him run a free virus scan and see what it finds and what we can cleann.

MemberThey have 1500 songs in their shared folder?
Your friend is crazy.December 18, 2003 at 3:53 pm #87214DJHyperbyte

Your friend is crazy. Why would they? I have met people who had about 60000 MP3 files and shared them all. It’s called filesharing for a reason. 😉
The amount of files shared has nothing to do with the thome25nomar5’s problem, though.

Participantyup. I agree with rustedtight. Their crazy. Now adays, I wouldnt share anything without the fear of a lawsuit on yr ass.
When you download the files, they have correct artist information? Good. But when they transfer into your SF, the ID3 Tags fugg up, and all you see is AZ? I’d look into the virus scanner.
