The title is the question. Is there a simple way of tranferring friends list from one ID to another in Yahoo Messenger? I have over 300 contacts, and it would be mundane task to add each one individually. Thank you in advance.
yes there is i made a program called yahoo Buddy Thief… it Grabs All the names off a list, saves them them logins to the 2nd name and adds them all saying on the add message the person formally known as w/e has Changed names this is his/her new name “name here” on a lot of sites yahell-pro twisted-chaois haze-reborn, newdals-own(my site) etc.

With the newest versions of yahoo (7.0) click on “Actions > Send My Messenger List” You then have a tab to pick a I.D. from your current list or a tab to type in any I.D. Then just follow the instructions. It will ask which contacts you want to send or you can send all of them.
After you send them log into your other I.D. (the one you sent the contact list to) There will be a offline message of sorts. It will ask if you want to add the contacts and what category to put them under. The only catch is all your friends will be sent a message asking them to allow you to add them again.
