November 16, 2009 at 10:10 pm #176227Doris KenneyParticipantI am at work right now and I don’t have Astra available to look at the options. I’ll check when I’m home and will get back to you. I’m not sure you can change that but I’ll look.
Please be patient, I’ll get an answer posted back this evening some time.

November 17, 2009 at 12:16 am #176225Doris KenneyParticipantI’m sorry it took me a bit to get back to you. As I mentioned, I was not where I could check Trillian to give you good answers.
There is no way I can see to eliminate the contact information card. As to the “mini” windows, I’d have to know which ones to help you try and disable them. If they are for Facebook or Twitter notifications you can do that in the connection preferences. If they are for other alerts you may need to go to your preferences and look at the “automation” choices. You can disable notification windows and sounds from there for many of the alerts.
If the basic behavior of Astra is not what you are able to deal with, you might consider trying another client such as Digsby. You may have to try several different clients before you find one that behaves they way you prefer.
Please let me know if I can help further.
