Hast du irgendwas an den einstellungen gemacht??June 24, 2004 at 9:52 pm #77291AnimeUSAParticipantWould it have anything to do with the recent Yahoo server change preventing Trillian from accessing their servers? Maybe that is causing Trillian to freeze?

June 25, 2004 at 12:09 am #77290MartinBradleyMemberTry to uninstall Trillian and then remove all registry entries relating to Trillian, then try and install the program again. Although people have been having trouble with Yahoo and Trillian, your problem doesn’t sound as if it is related to Yahoo patching their servers. As for sending the error report, I wouldn’t bother sending it, as it goes to Microsoft, and they probably won’t be able to help you with your problem anyway, as it isn’t Microsoft related.
June 25, 2004 at 12:31 pm #77289quietbritishjimMemberPlease see WHY ALL CAPS MAKE ME LOOK LIKE A MORON. Also, please use more descriptive thread titles; your problem might seem like the most important, but everyone feels that way about their own problems.
The Trillian developers won’t give you any support unless you pay for Trillian Pro… millions of people use their software, so they can’t deal with all their problems without being paid. As for the actual problem (assuming you’re using Trillian 0.74), if you’re reinstalling make sure you’re installing the latest version (Patch I) and that you’re installing to a clean directory (i.e. not where Trillian was installed already).
