whenever I exit out of trillian and go back in the wizard comes up saying do you want to use a default profile or use multiple users…everyt single time I load it!! it’s starting to get annoying…but it seems to save who I am so when I click default profile it loads the settings and the sns that I have…but for some reason the wizard keeps coming up, ive tried to make multiple accounts to stop it but that doesnt work…also I read at the top “upgrading users please select default profile to keep your settings” but im not an upgrading user or anything…can anybody help?

What version of Trillian are you using? Are you and was it installed with an account that has Administrative rights? What OS are you running?
I am using trillian basic .74 which is still the newest trillian basic…i dont remember anything about administrative rights but im the only one that uses it because its my computer and unless someone is messing with my computer nobody else can change anything on trillian because my windows xp is password protected…it used to work just fine but now… its doing THAT. I used to have a passworf for trillian but now it loads without me typing in a password? (when I click default profile). and then when I go to preferences and change the profile name and make it password it doesnt save that either, I tried saving it to both folders it tells you that you can save them in but afteri exit and go back into trillian the name is default again and there is no profile…im still trying new things to make it work but so far i’ve had no success…
when I check the users folder the profiles I put in are there and the new ones I made are there too but I guess trillian doesn’t realize that or something and keeps taking me to the configuration wizard or whatever it’s called…
