Trillian Pro 2.0 Problem

In Trillian Pro 1.0 when I checked my Yahoo Mail, and my MSN Mail, they would open in separate windows. They would even leave alone my current Internet Explorer window. But now, this is not true. I check my MSN first. It pops up, I then immediately without looking check my Yahoo. But it replaces my MSN window. Another example. I’ll be checking the weather at weather.com when Trillian pops up saying I have new Yahoo mail. I click on it, an it of course replaces my weather.com window. Please help!!!

Have you got “open links in a new window” checked in preferences?
