Trouble Signing In!HELP

Hey Everybody!! For the past few months I’ve been trying to sign into messenger..but it hasnt worked:(A Window pops up that says this:

Sorry, we could not sign you in because the sign-in name you entered does not exist or the password is incorrect. If you have forgotten your password, please click help in the main messenger window, and then click help topics for instructions on resetting your password. 0x81000303

I have changed my password more than once, and I have been on at other peoples houses and my email has worked! PLEASE help me! I cant figure this out….
