Hi I recently deleted someone from by contact list on SKYPE. When I do a search the person’s details are there but there with old contact photo etc. THere is also a “?” and offline written. I gather when others do a search for that person there is a new contact photo. When i bring up their contact details on my computer the old picture is there and it states as well as the “?” and Offline that there is to “Add the contact”. It then says that if i do so they will see when i am online unless i block them. Is there any way of knowing if I am still on their contact list with the above information or could they have deleted me too? I have tried to work it out using my other skype bl;ocking deleting etc and am wondering whether this person has deleted me from their list too or if they will have written “contact requested permission ” or something like that? I am so confused and would really appreciate some input. Many thanks
There’s really no way to know if they have deleted you from their contact list in Skype apart from asking them.
Can you clarify what you want? Are you concerned that they will know if you are online? If you block them, they won’t know, regardless of whether you are on their contact list or not.
Fill in a few details on what your concerns are, and I can probably provide a better answer.
