Hi
When I try to sign in to MSN, it takes me numerous tries until i finally see my contact list. The guys will spin round and stop a few times (where it would usually sign in) and then starts spinning again. Messages then come up whilst the guys are spinning sayin ‘Unable to start a conversation with (contact).’ Now according to my contacts, when the guys stop, and then start spinning, to them it looks as if I have signed in, and when they talk to me I am not replying, which annoys them! This has really frustrated me and now has got to the point where it won;t sign in at all.
The second problem I have is when my frineds try to sign into their accounts on MSN on my computer. The sign in works fine, but when they get in, all there contacts are missing. The contacts still talk to them, but if they want to add them they have to go through the whole process of the other contact accepting them again. It is only on my computer though, as when they go back to thier own computers, all the contacts are there!
Please help I have been tormented long enough!!:crying:
Hello, what msn version are you using? Have you run an antivirus scan lately?
Have a look at this site for general troubleshooting in msn. You can also try uninstalling msn through the registry and reinstall it, you will find instructions on doing that in some previous threads here. Good luck.
