MemberAhh now that is actually really useful. I talk to Kudo quite alot and he is german, we could not figure out how I could use some of the letters he uses, ie ö, so that is excellent. Not that I am doing very well with my german but at least I am trying … very trying haha
But thanks William I have saved that to my favourites! Cheers :0)

ParticipantHah I remember when I first learned about the Alt Key Pad trick. It was back almost 7 years ago when my fairy tale and I were talking about pokemon (Yes, I am -that- much of a geek) and he told me how to do the fun e with the accent on top.
I was tickled pink needless to say, especially because I’ve always written my initials strangly with the two S’s on top of eachother and the A off to the side, so when I figured out that Alt + 789 =§ I was absolutely tickled pink. I still use it to this day when I feel like just slapping my initials down somewhere instead of my name. §A.
Also came in handy when trying to talk about the new Æon Flux movie *wink*
Also, another way of looking at it is peeking at your character map. Mine is stashed in my Accessories and System Tools, but it gets thrown around in a lot of little places from what I’ve seen. If you click on a symbol, in the right hand corner it gives you the Alt + number combination that you need to create it.

ParticipantStart > Run > CharMap does much the same thing, but locally. It also has quite a few more options.

Participant*rubs her head* Yeah… that’s just what I said. Cept, yeah, didn’t know you could just run ‘charmap’ to find it. Heh. I always left it tucked in my accessories *shrug*
