uploading pics to profile

I have been unable to upload a picture to my profile. I either get a window sayijng ‘do you yahoo’ or a window that says to try logging in again. Anyone know why this is happening?

I get that when I try to upload a gif — jpeg works fine for me.

i am using the .jpg format, so still can’t understand why. Thanks for answering angel.

Grinch, sometimes what works for me is renaming the jpg file on my computer and trying to upload again. Not sure why, maybe the original file is stuck in limbo somewhere… Try it and see what happens. No spaces or characters in the jpg name tho.

I am on a wireless connection and I get the do you yahoo! ? often.

when this happens press the back button and upload the pic again…should work perfect second/third time around.

has for me.

Sometimes the picture file needs to be renamed with no spaces and an indication of what type of file it is, IE: “beckie_on_swing.jpg” Try this if the file you are trying to upload has spaces or strange symbols in the title.
