Using capture card in netmeeting

hey i’m having problems getting netmeeting to recognize that i have a video camera hooked up to a capture card… is there any thing i can do to make it work? It works fine in yahoo but i would really like to be able to use it over msn and netmeeting… anyone know if this can be fixed
