Verizon/yahoo & yahoo email

I know this is not a messenger question but I do not know where to turn, but here goes!

When first starting the dsl service I was asked if I wanted to marry verizon/yahoo with my regular yahoo email and I mistakenly said yes, now only verizon/yahoo email comes up not my regular yahoo email. How can I get them to come up seperately like they do on my brothers pc? Thanks

Not been a verizon customer i’m not sure if the change is permanent because of the partnership but if it was then i don’t think you would be able to as your settings would be online in the yahoo mail server to auto redirect you to the mixed mail system. Been a customer i would recommend ringing them and perhaps asking them about it..

Thanks, I have been trying to get an answer from them and they dont seem to reply for some reason!
I am sure this has happened to others, maybe someone who has had this problem in the past can shed some light on it?

I hope they do, funny enough y! european offices are just 40 mins away from me and they have had no real partnerships here so not sure how they actually handle third party customer support on that level.

Have you contacted verizon or yahoo! just out of interest?
