hello,
does anybody knows if it is possible to run 3 video instances together ? ( I mean between 3 poeple ,for example me and 2 friends)
a friend asked me for this and that’s true it could be interesting.
In fact it could be a videoconference between 3 people ..I don’t think it could be possible over…due to lines limitations

This is possible because with many programs you can send your webcam to many people (Logitech IM Companion is one ive used in the past) If each person sends their webcam to each of the other 2 people…you will all be able to see eachother… you can do this with more then 3 people as well. The only thing is the more webcams…the more bandwidth used.
You can do it, but if you’re using MSN Messenger, you will have to use a different chat for each webcam “chat” between two people and then one multi-person chat where you use nothing but text chat.
As Sathallrin said, the data transfer will go up quite a bit with more webcams, so if you’re not all on broadband with enough bandwidth, it might not work for all of you.
