Video preferences GONE from AIM

Hey there..here’s a humdinger for you all:

Using AIM 5.9.3771 currently (but this was happening with the last full version of AIM)

Currently this is what my IM window looks like..as you can see, I’m missing all references to Video Chat in both the window and even in the preferences.

I don’t have this problem on my laptop (same version of AIM)

Anyone ever seen this?

Ya, so here I am 15 months later with the same problem. It’s now even moved over to AIM Triton. I have absolutely ZERO options for video. And when you hover over my name, I don’t have the capability for VIDEO anymore…how do you get this back? Any response this time?
