Receiving viruses and spam in the mail is a part of everyday life these days. Nothing to do about it, except perhaps reporting it to Spamcop.net, but you know? Also, I would suggest getting Mailwasher at Mailwasher.net.
Yeah I’ve had this e-mail as well. I got it a few weeks ago and I was immediately suspicious. I scanned the e-mail with the norton antivirus scanner on Yahoo! Mail and it found that virus.

That is very true! This helps, too:
1- Never[/b] open any attachments unless the person has let you know it is coming in advance.
2- Scan all[/b] attached files anyway.Did I miss anything?

It is called Firetrust Benign, and it can filter your email and remove suspicious html and malicious scripts that many knobhead spammers use to track you…

1)click on the check box to highlight the mail ( dont open it)
2) select “this is a spam” from the drop down menu
