Want to downgrade MSN messenger!!!

Hi All!

Can someone help me how to downgrade MSN messenger?
I had to reinstall everything to my pc and since I did not have the installer of the messenger version I used, I had to download the 6.2. However it crashes every time I want to log in..It starts to log in but then the window remains still and nothing happens. (I use Win98)…I think my pc is too old or wrecked and/or RAM is not enough for the newer version.
I can’t seem to find any older version of it, can anyone help me where to look, or does anyone have the installer of any previous version of it?
