Webcam problems again

hey,im new go easy on me.
i’ve searched the forum for a solution but i have not found anyone with quite same problem as me.

i have windows xp – i am the administrator user.
creative webcam nx
latest msn 7.5

I can’t view anyones webcam and i cant even get my webcam to work.
I’ve had my laptop for a month and it has never worked and the webcam worked on my previous laptop and desktop just fine.

I have turned all the firewalls that i have off to try and see if it was that and it still wouldnt work.

I have some sort of integrated intel gfx card
Could that be the problem?
