Alright here’s the problem:
I just bought a Creative Webam NX which seemed to work fine. I tried it out offline w/ the program it cam with after installing the needed drivers. Now I bought my girl the sameone and she is at OSU. Now, I figured out that she is on some kind of private network on there which allows me to see her, but she can’t see me. This is the same when I connect with something like AIM to send her a pic to view and all she can she is a blank screen. Anyways, I tried it on Yahoo Messenger and I would broadcast it and for about 15 secs it would look like it works, but then after that it would freeze up and the person who I am talking about says that they can’t and couldn’t see anything. I am sure I have the most recent messenger and so I don’t know why it doesn’t allow people to see it. This also happens with AIM and MSN Messenger.
I have my wireless connection which goes through AOL 9.0 Broadband and I think there is some kind of firewall, but I don’t know where it is or how to turn it off cuz my dad got some guy to hook everything up and I wasn’t there to see it .
Offline, it runs smooth. Online, it says it broadcasting and then it freezes and no one is able to see anything in the first place.
Help me out here, I really wanna see my girl 😀

I think she needs to get on this if she already isn’t on it.
Someone told me that she was maybe on a private network with the college and there is a public college network she can get on to solve this problem.
