jetro changed this post totally! It used to say something about *is there a program or way to trick people by running a video instead of actual cam* By doing so made this thread make no sence.

Yes. You can use a virtual video capture device like SoftCam. Its not really designed to “trick” people (as you put it), but it will let you specify video file stored on your computer as a “live” source for any program that uses a web cam (like Yahoo Messenger). It can also take other inputs, like if you have a TV Tuner card you could display TV, VCR or DVD feeds. Kinda slick.
