anyone knows where is the temporary location of the recieved files ?
cuz sometimes when some1 start sending me a picture or something suddenly the file is cancled, so i wanna see the picture from its temp. files before i receieve the file 100%? is there something like that ?it must be! but where is it? lol!
Hey basilfarraj – that’s a great question! I don’t ever remember seeing something like that, and have canceled things and had them canceled when being sent. Hmmmm . . . don’t know that it makes sense that you would get enough of the picture to see it in a temp file tho. Of course, I’m not a computer guru, but that would seem weird to me that you could view something that had been partially delivered.
Anyone have any ideas on this?
Oh – and welcome to the Big Blue Ball! I’m glad you stopped by and asked this question.
Basil, welcome to the BBB Forums. As far as I know, you can’t view a file sent from a contact if the transmission has been unsuccessful, or if the transmission terminates halfway. You could check the C:Documents and Settingsyour usernameMy DocumentsMy Received Files folder, but I doubt you could open or view it.
The file is deleted immediately when the transfer is terminated.
