While I was driving to school this morning, the radio station I listened to asked this question, “What is one thing that you are looking forward to?”. They can be as simple as the birth of a child or graduating.
Alright, I’ll start off. I can’t wait till my 18th birthday in December.

September 15, 2004 at 7:44 pm #71973DavidParticipantI can’t wait until I’m _in_ college.

That was what I used to look forward to, but now that I’m there I have more to look forward to
September 15, 2004 at 9:45 pm #71970detn8rParticipantI’m two credits back of graduating high school. Once that is down, my best friend, her boyfriend and I are going to be moving to Whistler, Britush Columbia for the winter (05-06). Quite frankly, I can’t wait, only because I will be 18, and out of Ontario.

i look forward to not being out of college, if that makes any sense. at one point I couldnt wait to get here, now I like it so much I dont want to leave. I suppose I could say I cant wait for classes to end, but then what??

September 15, 2004 at 10:49 pm #71974September 15, 2004 at 11:10 pm #71969Jeff HesterKeymasterWow thinking about this question, so many possible answers and at the same time I feel like there is nothing. If that makes sense. Maybe I should pretend to be in a Mr. America Pageant and say “world peace”. hah. yeah right.
I guess I’m looking forward to marriage and a family. As corny and unrugged as that sounds. Should I say the honeymoon to sound cooler?
September 15, 2004 at 11:20 pm #71977ys8er2323Memberhonestly to most things, its been there done that, and on that note I cannot think of anything that would stick with me (in memory) .
September 15, 2004 at 11:33 pm #71979Dr KimbleParticipantBeing a mother…I love kids and I can’t wait to have a family of my own.
Oh yeah, I am looking forward to being a super cool Food Scientist working for NASA too 😛
September 16, 2004 at 12:20 am #71976RabidKittenParticipantI’m looking forward to…well immediate future? I’m looking forward to getting off my a–butt and fixing my machine *thumbs up*
Distant future, I’m looking forward to getting the heck out of my mother’s house again. There’s something wrong with the idea of leaving the house at 16 and then having to come back at 19. It’s just not right. That and not having a room or any space of my own, or a bed is really starting to wear on me. So yeah…I’m looking forward to it.
September 16, 2004 at 5:30 am #71980neo_ny_23MemberLooking forward for another scholarship and a co-op. Any co-op counsellors or advisors here? 😛
September 16, 2004 at 6:47 am #71972BrianMemberWell… I’m looking forward going back to University – possibly California State University at Northridge (Los Angeles County) or University of Georgia at Athens-Clarke County, Ga. I don’t know if I’m still looking forward to a marriage and starting a family at the moment. 🙂
September 27, 2004 at 3:57 pm #71984gossipingraeMemberyou know tiger, now that I think of it, you’re right. all I wanted to do this summer was go back to school and not be in my parents’ house. I love going to college, what I should have said was, I can’t wait until my classes are done. I like it here so much that i’ve thought about getting a masters…but that’s not for another year or so.
September 30, 2004 at 12:09 am #71971sciencefeelingMemberI am looking forward to the birth of my nephew next 15th of Oct, and definitelly, looking forward to actually see him on Christmas.
