Okay..u know how people say ‘brb’ which means be right back. well someone said ‘lala’ to me and I cant figure out what it means. They have been saying it when they have to go…or right before they leave. Does anyone know what it means??
when I type lala its not initials for a word, its more like singing..maybe thats just me
From what I can remember what ‘lala’ was, it is a slang for a toilet.
According to the BigBlueBall Chat Lingo, it’s not added. 90% of the time if there is an acronym for something it’s in there. Possibly it’s in another language, or maybe ask them?
Perhaps its a take on “ta-ta”
Yeah, usually some people say “lalalalalala” like they’re singing somehow online. I dunno, I’ve never seen it used in any other way.
why don tyou just ask the person who says it what it means? thats the only way you’ll know what they mean.
Maybe someone is ignoring. You know how people cover their ears and like sing with the words “lala”.
umm…lala?
lonely and losing ancestors?
(lol)
lost and locked away?
like animals, love apples?
lost a locker afterschool?
i give up
Like many people above “lala” usually refers to singing, often times it is showing that they are bored… bored enough to sing in text.
Or maybe everyone is doing typos and they meant to say lata instead of lala; lata = later. As in, see you later.
