MemberToday I was messing around in DOS trying to figure out how to send a message to my sisters computer through the LAN connection when I entered the “Netstat -n” command, which lists all the IP adresses that you are connected to. Now when I did this a very odd thing happened, when it listed the adresses it listed the same foreign adress more than 30 times which was connected on port 80(the port used for http connections). I had no clue who’s ip adress this was and I was not browsing the internet at the time, so I decided to do a tracerout and it showed this:

MemberCogentco.com is an internet company and att.com is AT&T. Do you have service with either of these companys?

MemberYes, I have AT&T Comcast internet. But I also noticed on the 20th hop “DeviantArt.demarc.cogentco.com” which really kinda caught my eye because I have no clue what Deviant Art would have to do with it, but I am a member. But I was not logged on at the time.

ParticipantWerrd, I got that to.
I did the same thing you did, and I’m not even a member of Deviant Art.

HEY! <– That suddenly came to my head after reading the first post here. 🙂
[off-topic]
You should check it out though, I have been a member of DeviantArt and it is just an amazing website. I recommend it to anyone who is into arts and crafts or digital art. 🙂
[/off-topic]ShadowSlayer, it must have something to do with your internet cache, delete your temporary internet files, browser history and cookies and try it again, lets see if it gives the same stuff again or not!
