My bro did something I know he did! He just wont admit it! My screen is full of little lines. Like I mean its like bars that form the screen. I tried all the settings for my monitor the best I could find is the MOIRE ADJUSTMENT it reduced some of them but there is still lots! HELP! I AM FREAKING OUT HEAR!

Also sometimes it keeps flickering! Its a brand new flat screen monitor! Not even 1 month old! I think one of my brothers changed a setting but they wont admit it!
Re-install your video card driver, if that doesn’t fix it; try a different monitor – if that doesn’t fix it; your card is shot – you’ll need a new video card.
Try changing the refresh rate. Right click on your desktop go to properties, settings tab, advanced, monitor.
