http://www.caedes.net/ has a lot of good stuff, you get a few gimme downloads at first but you do have to register to get any more after the first 2 or 3… but there’s no fees or money at all, you dont get any annoying emails, etc etc… great site

Do computers run faster if they are set at a lower resolution? And by how much?….don’t say it depends….give me numbers!!:rolleyes:

DEPENDS (bite me ;)).

…Entirely on your graphics card and monitor, and what they are optimized to handle. Try running at 1280 while optimized for 600, and yes, it will be slow.

Ofcouse not.. my point is…
This question was previously asked maybe a year ago……
There are sites on the web that show which is the more popular resolution.
Why ask a question and then berate a particular stated reply? you need to be non commital if your run a poll, even if it is a waste of time having previously been posed.
I had my cofee.
I dont bite arseholes.
The stars simply indicate post counts as you are aware, and in the bulk of cases mean absolutely nothing.
Next?
Again… does anybody care?
P.S. dont flame the moderators……… some of them bite, others lock flamers posts.
It is a moderators responsibility at times to post those questions/replies that less forward members would wish to make, dont assume that the sentiment expressed is obviously the moderators..
