When I open an new Internet Explorer window….

When I open an new Internet Explorer window, it is INCREDIBLY slow…..it’s fine after it loads but the start-up process takes about 1-2 minutes.

Also, when my friend sends a link over IM and I click it..it takes a while for it to load, it is quite annoying.

I have meebo running all the time.

I had the problem with IE 6 so I upgraded to IE 7..but I have the same problem?

Any help or suggestions?

What happens without Meebo? Also, what if you use a different browser? Does it still happen?

It has the exact same effect. I switched to firefox now and firefox works fine.
