hi every one
i wanted to know where do the offline voice messages which are done thru yahoo messenger r stored.is it on the local computer or the sever.
we have message archive to store our conversations on da messenger which r stored on the local computer.
i got a few offline voice messages .which i cn access thru the call history in da messenger. i wanted to know if i can get the .wav file formt of the message i got.

Your incoming VMs are stored on the Yahoo server – then transferred to your PC only one at a time as you ask to listen to them.
Then when you close your “Voice Messages & Call History” window, they are deleted again from your PC – but if/when you reopen the window they will once again be retrieved from Yahoo, until/unless you choose to delete them.But you should be able to save them while they ARE on your PC, as described in that other thread.
(And can I ask if you have further questions that you put them IN the other thread, so all the info can be together in one place).

i donno i donot find the messages again now.i think they might have got deleted.i personally dint delete them.well those were much importnt to me but i lost them unfotunately -
