July 2, 2007 at 1:50 am #162538RabidKittenParticipantYou are: Horton Hears a Who!
Horton Hears a Who! is a story about an elephant with a good heart and an activist ethic. Like Horton, you’re a very nice person, and you’re very observant about the world around you. You are more likely to get involved with political or activist causes. You also tend to be more whimsical and creative than down to earth.
You scored 33% Grinchification 56% Cathatitude 61% Loraxity 56% Hoponpoppiness
The lower your Grinchification score, the nicer you are.
The higher your Cathatitude/Hoponpoppiness score, the more whimsical and creative you are.
The higher your Loraxity score, the more concerned you are with the world around you, politics and activism. That was a fun book.

July 7, 2007 at 9:36 am #162542PolarBearNPRParticipantYou are: The Lorax
The Lorax is a story about the environmental impact of large corporations. Like the Lorax, you’re a very nice person, and you’re very aware of the world around you. You are more likely to get involved with political or activist causes. You also tend to be more down to earth than whimsical.
mmhmm
The lower your (23%) Grinchification score, the nicer you are.
The higher your (26%) Cathatitude/Hoponpoppiness score, the more whimsical and creative you are.
The higher your (76%) Loraxity score, the more concerned you are with the world around you, politics and activism.
And (26%) HoponpoppinessJuly 7, 2007 at 1:47 pm #162536TigerbladeParticipantSeems I outrank everyone in terms of Grinchification… none of you even come close to my 52%.

You are: If I Ran the Zoo
If I Ran the Zoo is a story about a young lad who dreams about his dream zoo. When it comes to being nice, you’re fairly average; you can compromise when it’s needed, but you like to get your own way when you can. You’re very observant about the world around you, and are more likely to get involved with political or activist causes. You also tend to be more whimsical and creative than down to earth.
Tigerblade, we all SO know you kicked that dog!
July 9, 2007 at 7:56 pm #162539RabidKittenParticipantIt’s true. I saw him do it.
And The Lorax COMPLETELY Fits you, PB! *cackles* I love it.
And..ehm, maybe its just because I’m rediculous, but generally, I’m not concerned about myself in the least. True, I don’t harp on world concerns much, but I do become more concerned about them more than myself. And I am more concerned about those around me more than myself. But I’m mildly self-loathing and unhealthily concerned about others. It’s my ‘thing’.
I mean, c’mon, I gave up everything I had but for a suitcase of clothes to go traveling in an old neon across the country(ies) in some rediculous hope to find…someone/thing. I’ve been hitchiking in downtown minneapolis. Of course I’m not ‘concerned’ for myself! *laughs* Then got sidetracked helping out a woman I can’t stand with her children (who I’m afraid of) because of her husband (who is an emotionally crippling ass and scares me). Ehm, yeah, it’s safe to say I’m less concerned about myself/my well being than others.
July 9, 2007 at 8:35 pm #162537TigerbladeParticipantQuote:Tigerblade, we all SO know you kicked that dog!I would never kick a dog. Ever. Unless it was eating me alive like a Rodent of Unusual Size… then I might have to.
Now cats on the other hand… I’d have no problem kicking a cat. Except… not a RabidKitten, and certainly not a tiger. Blade or not.
July 9, 2007 at 9:26 pm #162535detn8rParticipantTigerblade, you kicked my dog and now my dog need operation. And you don’t ever tell me to shut up.
July 11, 2007 at 11:35 pm #162540RabidKittenParticipantYou kick my dog? You kick my dog? You kick my dog!?
*awww, loves on Tom Pocket* Don’t worry, I’m not contagious.
