KeymasterI got my 8 GB iPhone back at the beginning of November. I jailbroke it and upgraded to 1.1.2, but eventually upgraded to 1.1.3 (non jailbroken). Hopefully Apple will soon release their SDK for third party apps. I miss the ability to snap screenshot.
I've posted a bunch of iPhone screenshots on Flickr, and also created a number of iPhone/iTouch wallpapers of my own photography. Feel free to use and share.

ParticipantiPhone! I can't wait for the SDK–I'm really hoping for a Windows toolchain.

ParticipantI bought a 16GB iPod Touch and it was incredible, but then they came out with the 32GB model the next day. They let me return it so I could upgrade, but I just couldn't justify spending that $500 again. I bought an 8GB memory card for my LG Venus instead and saved myself $400 :p If I weren't a grad student, I would definitely have the 32GB Touch though. Apple > everything else IMO, but Apple prices > grad student stipends 🙁

Think, it's time to ask who got 3G?:pJuly 30, 2008 at 5:22 pm #167289David
ParticipantI got the 3G on launch day. I wasn't really planning on it. I'm generally happy with it. It feels much better in hand (I don't feel like I'm going to drop it anymore). I'm not super happy with the intelligence in radio selection, though.
