Vicky, are you saying that you never can connect thru the web? If that is the case, it could be a firewall issue. Is this something you’re trying to do from work or home? Are you trying to log into the same account in two places? Does it try to connect, then fails? Please send a little more info. Thanks
Hello, I have had this issue also and have never been able to connect to the web messenger at work. If it’s a firewall, is there anything I can do. I didn’t think there was a way to adjust the settings in web messenger.

GayleAgreeing with Netti, there are several possibilties so more information will be great. Additionally, If you are trying to access web messenger from work, then most likely you are running on a secure network that has a router/network hub/firewall system setup for security purposes. In this instance only those who have “administrator privileges” will be able to make the necessary changes in order to allow you to connect to messenger on the web.
