Help!!!!!!!!
I entered a yahoo chatroom under an alias, but my primary ID showed up too. The primary ID is still present in that room although I have left. What’s happening?????????

It may have not disconnected from the Yahoo! Network Properly.
It will however be flushed off it in about a couple of hours or you sign in on it and join another room first and logoff properly.
If this happened once off it may have been a mess up on messengers behave but i have tried to make this issue happen with me with many alias accounts and cannot so i would imagine it was a once off issue.
What version of Yahoo! messenger do you use?
Thank you dermot. You were right in that it was gone within an hour and a half. I had tried everything to clear it – exited the yahoo program, shut down my computer, log into another room with my primary ID and log out again – nothing worked.
I am currently using 7.5.0.819.
I appreciate the time you took to answer.
