the other night i was using my messenger when yahoo logged me off for some reason. I tried to get back on and i kept getting the invaild login. i tried so many time that they put a security block on it. i can get into my mail and everything but every time i try to get on my messenger it doesn’t work. it works for my other yahoo id’s but not my main one. what is wrong with it and how do i fix it? someone plz help me:(
Its been happening for sometime now to many people. Just a Yahoo! glitch, But then you try’n so many times to login Yahoo! blocked it for your security incase it was not you that was try’n. Sit on your hands for 48hrs and then try again.

what happens is that yahoo didnt see you as logged out. you tried to log in again.. and triggered a bot alert….
gotta leave it be to clear….Are you people mad what i do is make a good known working back up of my folder C:Program FilesYahoo. Take the file ypager away from your memory do it by going into start programs accesories system tools and then system information. Go into system confirguration and remove the ypager from your memory restart and do the back up. Store this onto a cd and if it messes up go to your backed up Yahoo Messenger and replace the yahoo folder in the prgorame files with your backup
Now your messenger will work

gaz? the issue is not in your pc….. the ban is at YAHOO.
yahoo doesnt see people log out.. and they try to get back in and set off the ban….AT YAHOO….. there is nothing on your computer you can fix to remove a CHAT BANalthough this never happened to me , but i agree with nhyrvana!!! its the prob with Y! and not with pc b’cos victim Jeena is saying that other ids were accessible!!! so MR. Gaz dont try something which cannot wrk!!! no offense plz
all the above is true but if you ever pissed off some one. so much that you made them get a booter but it did not work so they said to them self that they will lock your account there are two main things that they can do they can just get a account locker and yes some of them work or easyer then looking for one they get your user id then they type it in and then they just type in a bunch of wrong passwords my accoun was locked before that way me and my army room mate tryed it and it worked on me so that could happen also see ya later
