Will I get my screen name back?

My screen name was recently blocked from AIM because my computer sent out a virus to everyone of my buddy list. They said they would restore it but it’s been over a month….has this happened to anyone else? Can anyone tell me how I might get my screen name back, or how I can reach AOL or AIM other than the online messages?

They won’t help I had AOL MINICoOpeR912 was my screen name and it got locked from a virus or whatever even though I had AOL they didn’t help me.

Yeah it takes awhile, my screen name was blocked for 4 months the njust 2 days ago got restored
