MemberI’m having the same problem. There is no error message or anything, nothing is blocking it from working. I can’t figure out how to stop this!! Anyone know the solution?

ModeratorElliott and Tanz:
Welcome to the BBB Forums. Please read through the sticky threads in the MSN/WLM Support section; they contain a wealth of information. However, if your problems persist, create a new account and try signing in with it.
For any future posts, please give as much info as you can about your system, startup programs, etc. Good luck, guys.

MemberI looked through all the stickies and none of the solutions were for my problem, I even tryed a few of them hoping it would fix my problem. I’m using the latest version of Windows Live on Windows xp. I created a new account and hasn’t signed me out as of yet, although I’d prefere to keep my old account just because it’s more convenient, so any more help would be great!

ModeratorIt could be a glitch on the WLM server side. Try signing in on Web Messenger for now.

MemberI downgraded to MSN 7.5 and when I tryed to sign in the trouble shooter appeared and it seemed to have a problem with DNS..the error code is 81000306. If this helps anyone come up with the solution then please help!! Btw I’ve looked quickly for that error code on here but couldn’t find anything, thanks.

The error code 81000306 usually signifies a problem with the .NET Messenger service. The problem is on the WLM server side, not with your computer. There isn’t much you can do about it, except to try later, or use Web Messenger first.

MemberJust to let you know, I set up my wireless internet again and msn works fine now, so I don’t think it has anything to do with .Net services or whatever, it’s most probaby something about your connection 🙂
