When I hover an icon I get this:
What do I have to change to make that text white at all times? (hovering and not hovering on the icon.)
There is not a way to change the font color of your desktop icons without using another application on Windows XP as far as I know. You can, however, change the font, the font size and you can even make the font bold and/or italic.
Simply right-click on any blank spot on your desktop and then select properties. Click on the appearance tab. In the box labeled Item click the drop-down menu and select Icon. There you can manipulate the font to something more readable.
no i just wanted to change the hover color
Well it appears you have them set on single click? I thought there was someway to change link colors…
thats what im asking, how do you change it?
