Having a lot of trouble with WLM recently (last week or so). the program disconnects every few minutes and yet my internet connection is fine, i’ve tried with other IM programs loaded at the same time and they stay connected, the internet connection is fine (high speed broadband). i also have a friend getting exactly the same problems, he uses a different isp to me but for that and a problems listed above i have ruled isp problems out.
I do not know if it is a problem that occurs all day as i am working during the day so do not use it. Just wondering if anyone knows of any issues or if anyone else has the same trouble and has advice on what to do.

First, let me check something. You imply that it’s only been doing this for a week or so. Does that mean that it used to work fine? If so, something must’ve changed on your computer or in your network configuration.
As for your friend, I would ask the same things. Did it used to stay connected all the time? When did the problem start? What changed around that same time?
As far as I know, there isn’t a common problem right now. I’m not experiencing any problem and I’m generally connected all day.
ive been having similar problems to this and no one else i know is having them. ive uninstalled/reinstalled/repaired at least three times and its made no difference. i just hope the problem eitehr passes like it supposedly has for otehrs in the past or a bug is find and fixed.
