Everytime I try to create a Yahoo Avatar for my messenger I get half way through and then I get this screen

Return to Yahoo!Does that happen to any one else and is it something I’m doing?
Occasionaly I have had the same problem with using yahoo!’s avatar system.
It usually lets up within 24-48 hours.
They might be adding more options.
