I have been trying to log into yahoo chat 2.0 for weeks. I was able to access it once. The next day I could not get into it. I keep getting 2 errors. Both are DHTML. One is no voice object and the other is no pop up object. I do not know if a fire wall has anything to do with this. I was running Nortons Firewall the first time I logged in. I have tried disabling the popup feature on my firewall and get the same results. I have looked for a place to email Yahoo of this problem and I can’t find one. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. ~Thanks~ đŸ™‚

Thanks for the help freddy. I went through the steps and it still won’t work. Hum. I don’t understand this since I was in there once before.
Have you tried totally disabling Norton?
Did you make sure you deleted temporary internet files from tools>>internet options, “delete files”.
If so, then try these:
Go to c:windowsdownloaded program files and delete the Yahoo! Files.
Do you have any other pop up stoppers?
Make sure security settings for java are not disabled too, tools, internet options, security, custom level…
Okay, Iwent back and dropped my firewall and this time I was able to get in. Once I got in I turned the firewall back on. I had to click to let it have access but I have been able to get in with the firewall up everytime. Thanks for the help Freddy ~:)~ ……By the way, this is a cool site and so much more user friendly than Yahoo’s Help section.
Honest.. thank ya for ya help…Freddy
