Yahoo command bar in black

I am having problems with my yahoo email page. The command bar is all black, so cannot read emoticons, format, etc.

Also the top of the page is all orange.

I have tried changing themes and nothing brings the black back.

I cannot figure out how to send a screenshot on this forum. I tried attachments, but I couldn’t get it to do what it needed to.
