Has anyone else had the problem with Yahoo not connecting when using Trillilan? It tries to connect one time, and that’s all…. it should go thru a series of trying to connect.
This just started this evening, but I’m not a very patient person. I’d appreciate any thoughts.
I removed the Yahoo connection, then put it back in…. still nothing.
😡

It should be working now, but let us know if not.

I have Trillian pro and all the other kinds of contacts have worked; I am able to connect to it (sort of? like it logs in, but says it’s offline or “orphaned”) but even when it says it’s connected, I’m unable to use it.
I’ve tried going through and inviting each of my other connections, removing the connection and putting it back in, and signing into yahoo! messenger at the same time (which doesn’t work btw, it signs off immediately because it seems to detect the connection through trillian).
Another thing I’ve noticed is that, if I disconnect only the yahoo! connection on trillian and sign in on the normal yahoo! messenger, I’m unable to contact any of my connections on trillian (unless I log into MSN messenger directly).
Could it be that yahoo! is blocking trillian completely?

If its the Yahoo connection only, and you think you’re not connecting with your contacts, try contacting me in YM and see if it works.
