Hello Everyone: I just thought this to be very interesting. After always reading that you should Not unsubscribe or do anything to spam email but Delete it. Well after seeing my Yahoo email Triple in spam since they put this so called (spam guard) on it! I got tired of deleting it,(i was getting 75 a day and rising) then a week ago i read where you Should Unsubscribe to as much as it as you can, because it is now believed that the spammers themselves are the one who started the rumor Not to unsubscribe yourselve from there email! So i decided to “unsubscribe all my spam (that was possible to do so) and for the last week i only get like 3 a day! Thats a Big Drop! Now is this a coincidence, i doubt it. its something to think about anyway for what its worth.
My Yahoo Spam guard works really well actually. I can’t speak for the masses, but I dont get any spams in my INBOX. I’ve also heard that you aren’t s’ppose to e-mail back to the spam e-mails to ask to be unsubscribed, because that just confirm that they have your correct e-mail address and then send you trice as many crap as before.
a lot of folks use ePrompter to check yahoo mail and clear out the spam…. it just reads the headers.. ‘is free…. http://www.eprompter.com/
make sure you have no bulk mail folder. and you have no problems..
