Yahoo Games – locked me out !? :(

For about 2 months now I have been unable to access Yahoo Pyramids or Yahoo Mah Jong Solitaire under my normal ID. :crying:

I can access many other similar Y! Games easily, AND I can access those two using a different ID – but using my normal ID they connect to the game room in the normal way, but then instantly DISconnect from it and try to reconnect, and always then fail, with “error connecting to server”.

The same applies from different computers too, so it’s nothing to do with my particular setup.
And it applies to those 2 games regardless of what actual room I try to access, or how I try to access it.

And, for what it’s worth, I’m sure I’ve never “misbehaved” in either of those games!
Here’s some advice on THAT subject, but it doesn’t help me any.

Man, I was so DESPERATE I actually wasted time contacting – would u believe – YAHOO about it!!! Here’s the gist of that wasted exchange (in reverse date order):

PLEASE investigate, and “unlock” whatever is keeping me out. (I’m happy to do anything needed at this end, and to provide any further info you might need – but I stress again this problem is NOT related to my particular PC – I’ve had exactly the same result on at least 2 quite different systems).
