I have an account that I have had for like 10 years. Someone hacked into the account and changed my password and infomation so that there is no way to get it back from yahoo. Is there anyway that I can get back into my account.I lost so much stuff under that name. 🙁
Can anyone help?in a word sorry NO – unless the details as to secret question etc have changed too which I expect has occured its lost. You could try contacting Y! but I wouldn’t hold ya breath

And still have all the original information.
You should be fine to get it back.
Its quite an easy process actually.

Yeah,they changed all my info. obviously.
That really sux!!!
What about all these people that say they can get the Password back by hacking in again?As long as you have alll your old information.
It doesnt matter if they changed it.
Just give the yahoo customer care person the needed information,
And you will get your account back
