Yahoo! have released a new build of Yahoo! Messenger
http://download.yahoo.com/ycs/msg/dl/msgr8/us/ymsgr810_413_us.exe
Think perhaps this build is in preparation for the new chatroom verification
July 17, 2007 at 8:14 pm #162860imported_Ven0mMemberYep, I just noticed this new build. ๐ Anyone notice any changes yet?

๐ฎ Yahoo! had an issue with something?!?! -to be said in a sarcastic tone- ๐
Glad to see they fixed it if it wasn’t working for everyone though! ๐

July 31, 2007 at 7:15 am #162865TatGirlMemberWhen I go to preferences and click on ‘alerts and sounds’, I go to make a selection to change my sound and my Yahoo Messenger crashes in the msvcrt.dll. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I have the same problem. Thanks in advance to whom ever answers my post.
July 31, 2007 at 4:55 pm #162863imported_Ven0mMemberWhat version of Windows are you using?
August 4, 2007 at 8:05 pm #162859NessaParticipantIs Yahoo! forcing everyone to update their Yahoo! Messenger or is it just me?!? I tried logging in today but it kept taking me to a page to download the new messenger instead. So i’m wondering if this applies to everyone.
August 5, 2007 at 1:50 am #162864imported_Ven0mMemberIt most likely does. Logic dictates that if Yahoo wants you to update, that you should update… either that, or you have update alerts on in the Yahoo! Preferences. ๐
